I am, as of this past May, a high school graduate. I was co-president of the National Honors Society and a member of the Spanish National Honor Society at Rochester High School. I graduated third in my class, and I received awards for Physics, Vocal Music, Leadership, and Drama. I received A's in all of the subjects that I am willing to teach and I am comfortable in my knowledge of them. This fall, I will be attending Illinois State University as a Physics and Engineering major.
I have never officially taught, but I have been told by my peers that they believe I would have some skill at it. Mostly, my teaching style would involve working through problems or homework step by step with a student at first, and then once they gain more confidence, allowing them to do more work on their own. As a seminary student, I gained a deeper respect for the education process and a greater passion for teaching students. During my time at what is now Lincoln Christian University, I gained a respect for the written word as well as a significant knowledge and usage of the English language. A Little Bit About Me...

I am a graduate of Western Illinois University, and I am excited to be starting my teaching career. I have earned a bachelor degree in Elementary Education and have received my teaching certificate for Elementary (K-9). I have been teaching in a pre-school for the past three summers while I was finishing my schooling. I have had the opportunity to work in many schools while finishing my degree.
