A Little Bit About Me...

I have always been interested in teaching others, in particular, teaching children with special needs. The majority of my experience teaching is teaching children with special needs including many children with autism. The degrees I have earned in Psychology and Special Education have allowed me to gain an understanding in many areas, including social sciences, education, science, social studies, etc. I also have learned many grammatical skills due to writing research papers and various reports and essays in various areas of study. To whom it may concern, I have taught as a classroom teacher, a Title I teacher, and as a special education teacher. All of these experiences have given me skills I use as a teacher. I have a love of books and enjoy sharing them with children. I have always enjoyed working with children. I enjoy watching their faces when the lesson I am teaching suddenly makes sense to them!
