I earned a BS in Aeronautics and have completed some graduate work in aerodynamics and meteorology. Students learn differently and therefore it is my belief that you must observe first and then you have to adapt to the student, especially in a one on one situation. Some students may learn better if you play a game with them, others if you read them a passage.
