I love to educate children of many ages I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old in the house. You teach many different aspects of life, not just academically. Being a tutor for grades 6-8 was different because they had the basics. They needed to be informed and focused. Substitute teaching grades K-8 was rather different because the children acted as though they haven't learned anything, so you had to make them feel comfortable. A Little Bit About Me...

For the past six years I have taught or tutored even while working on my own higher education. I have taught or tutored every age level between five and sixty-five and every skill level (including special needs), and though I am most comfortable with middle schoolers or college students, I like working with others as well. I attended Williams College in Williamstown Mass and studied economics, studio art, and creative writing. Following graduation with a BA degree in 1981, I worked for two seasons as a substitute high school and middle schoolteacher. I covered math, science, English, and the arts, as well as phys ed.
