Through from my experience in grade school and my observation of students that attend tough schools I've realized the monotonous class schedule and disciplinary philosophy of most schools deflates most student's desire to succeed. I loved teaching and made sure that they all had a wonderful learning experience. I worked hard to make sure everyone learned their curriculum.
