I greatly enjoy finding a way to inspire a child to understand the problem at hand. Through from my experience in grade school and my observation of students that attend tough schools I've realized the monotonous class schedule and disciplinary philosophy of most schools deflates most student's desire to succeed. I am the first and only person in my family to graduate from college. Growing up, I saw how difficult life can be when one lacks formal education.
