Reading Comprehension is one of my specialties and I have achieved high results with my students. Denver Summer Scholars - Lead computer tutor - Taught 3 classes a day with 15 students in each class. I used computer software to tutor students in math and language arts. My students were ESL at Risk students. Tree of Knowledge - I tutored 15 students during the 2011 to 2012 school year in Language Arts and Math. My students increase their pre tutoring scores by a minimum of 25%. My students included at risk and special ed students in first to fifth grade. This was one on one tutoring. I was able to get to know each student and design the teaching method and material to suit each student's need. I designed separate programs for each student. Through my attention and caring attitude towards all of my students I was able to establish excellent rapport and a true desire to learn.
