The role of the teacher is to be a facilitator. The teacher facilitates the students in making personal decisions as well as participates in discussions that affect society. The teacher also helps build a foundation in subject matter to help develop a lifelong appreciation and understanding of the world through different disciplines.
In May of 2010, I successfully completed my fourth year of teaching. Each year has been different. The children of today learn in many different ways.
