My teaching style is to first evaluate the extent of the student's knowledge in the specific subject area and then start from the beginning and brush up, filling the gaps in knowledge. I work quite well with non-traditional learners and use props when I need to. Sometimes I find that this is the best approach for visual learners. I graduated from Monmouth College in 2007 with a BA in Spanish and a minor in English. I took all of the Education coursework there for secondary Education.
