15 years experience in a broad variety of subjects!

I have been tutoring for over 15 years both in students homes or at public locations such as coffee shops or the public library. My education and experience are broad. I was educated at "Ivy League" level schools and purposefully educated myself in a large variety of the humanities, which in essence all tie together. Basic courses up through most High School material outside of the Humanities are not difficult. Actually, while my education has been primarily in the Humanities, the material I see the most in tutoring is Algebra and Geometry!
I have a way of perceiving the difficulty the student has, and am able to explain the material in a simple way that makes it easy for students to grasp. Some need very little direction before they get started and some need you to guide and direct them most of the time. I can do both and love watching that red light click on when someone finally understands the concept of something new.
