Peole dont lean in the same ways. I take an individual approach. I get to know the person, ther likes and dislikes, which gives me some knowledge on how to approach the lesson. I love working with people. I love watching people learn it is a great accomplishment.

Therefore, I operate from an Occam's Razor perspective -- whatever is the simplest solution is the best. I believe I am very empathetic and perceptive, which would enable me to determine what works best for each student.
