Making Learning Fun and Easy!

I have a bachelors degree in Economics with a concentration in mathematics. I have been tutoring all of my life. I've tutored children, college students, and adults. I've tutored mathematics, grammar, reading, writing, and the military entrance exam. I tutor all levels of mathematics up through Calculus. I would love to help you learn and understand at your own pace.
My teaching style is to move at the students pace - however slowly or quickly that may be. I don't mind being asked the same questions. In fact, I believe that there is no such thing as a bad question, and that a student should ask a question as many times as s/he feels it is necessary to do so.

A Little Bit About Me...

I have been a counselor in the public schools for the past 16 years, both at the elementary and high school levels. I have tutored students in many subjects; ranging from 3rd grade math to advanced algebra to US History.
I am able to diagnose weak points in the student's knowledge and remedy those weak points so that the student is better able to have a full understanding of the content. I graduated in the top 15% of my class from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. I then started my own company as a Spanish instructor.
