When I entered college, my major in engineering has required that I take a lot of upper level math and science courses. These rigorous courses have strengthened my math and science skills. I've worked as the VP of Internal Audit and Credit for a Federal Savings Bank, the Director of Finance for a National Bank, a Senior Financial Analyst, and the CFO/Controller for a smaller company. I am well versed in any financial or accounting matter than you may need help with.
I believe in using humor and matter of fact conversation style is the best way to teach. If you get someone interested in what you have to say then they will usually want to learn it and retain it almost effortlessly.
