I love science and love to teach! I believe that teaching is an intentional effort. It’s not just about presenting information, but also about motivating. I set high standards, but also emphasize that science can be fun. As a tutor, I will provide a positive environment that focuses on what can be done, not on what can’t. My teaching approach is hand-on and my experience as a consultant provides me with a variety of real-life examples of how science is used and applied. I received my Bachelor of Science degree with honors from the University of Cincinnati in 2002, obtaining a degree in Biochemistry.
