After graduating from Rutgers in 2006 with a BA in Psychology, I found a job as a residential counselor for the Devereux Foundation. Math and writing were top priorities and daily notes were taken to see how well each client progressed each week. Sometimes students would benefit from me working through each mathematical question on the board and working through them step by step.
