I have been in many tutoring sessions myself helping wise and observation wise, because I've been wanting to tutor for a while now. I have been on high and regular honor role many times. All through 7th and 6th grade, and now 8th. I get amazing grades and believe in hard work is the key to success and that asking for help in the long run is not wrong at all,no ones perfect. Some students are comfortable with a quieter, more formal tutor, while others are successful with a more casual, animated tutor. In every situation, I look for opportunities to give positive reinforcement.
