My tutoring goal is to work myself out of my job. In other words, I am trying to help each student learn the subject so that he or she will succeed in the future with less outside help. Initially, I ask the student to review what he has learned and what he feels is needed. Then I develop a plan that coordinates with his class curriculum. I try to interest each student in history.
