I returned to school in 2007 to pursue a career in education. In several corporate positions, I was responsible for training new employees in various store operations. I have volunteered as a teacher in my church and taught Sunday School at the middle school level. I believe that every child has the unalienable right to experience some success each and every day of their lives. My approach is hands-on, student centered and nurturing. I believe in learning by discovery and the use of manipulatives in a manner whereby the student learns without even knowing it.
