It is my sincere belief that one person can make a difference. It is with this in mind that I signed-up to be a substitute teacher and also to volunteer my services with Lake County to tutor basic literacy and ESL to those in need of these services. Online Math Tutor

I am a graduate of BS Mathematics and currently pursuing my master's degree. I have also been a lecturer for a year right after graduating. I am also a tutor in a tutorial center here in the Philippines. I teach high school and elementary students in almost all subjects but my expertise is on Math. Experienced Tutor

I began tutoring my freshman year of high school. For my fours year of high school I worked at Kumon Learning Center in Los Angeles. Here, I learned a lot of my tutoring experience. I worked with children from the ages of 5 to 17. I helped these children in math from kindergarten math all the way up to calculus, and then in reading and reading comprehension skills from the younger kindergarteners to younger high schoolers. I enjoy working with children and try to teach children in a fun way so they do not become bored and can learn to really understand and grasp concepts. Algebra I is one of my top subjects! Working as a Teacher Assistant for the past year and a half, I have mainly tutored my students in Algebra 1.

I just recently graduated California State University with a degree in Liberal Studies. Within this degree I chose to emphasize on mathematics because I want to become a high school math teacher.
