I want a student to have as much hands on practice as possible.
I work as an accountant and have been in the field for over twenty years. I began my career in accounts payable and took advantage of my employer's offer to pay for my college degree. It was worth going to school nights and working during the day as I was promoted to Accountant shortly before I graduated. My experience has taught me that it is equally important to teach the staff not just how to complete a task but also why the accurate completion of the task is important.
