A Little Bit About Me...

I was a teaching assistant at North Georgia College and State University for three years. I assisted with laboratory sections of biology courses and taught them in the event of a professors absence. I provided department funded tutoring services during that time as well. I have taken the GRE and Biology Section of the GRE and received excellent scores on both tests in only one sitting. I have also coached 4H horse quiz bowl and horse judging teams for several years working with elementary and middle school age children.

Ready to love learning

I currently work as a substitute teacher at Riverside Military Academy. I've worked with elementary children and teenagers extensively. My most recent position serves twenty and thirty somethings in their personal and spiritual formation. I have published my writing, acted on stage, spoken before thousands and mentored dozens. As a former computer instructor, I can't tell you how much I miss teaching. Teaching was the one career in my life where I felt completely fulfilled. A Little Bit About Me...

Of course I love teaching specifically math of any level. My style is different; instead of teaching I coach my students. When I teach math, I don't simply use formulas and solve the problems; I try to teach how the formula is created and where to use it.
I have a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering and about seven years of teaching experience in USA and in India. I can teach math for any level.
