I was a teaching assistant in the accounting department at Penn State while in graduate school so I have experience teaching the fundamentals of accounting to business students. In accounting and finance it is important to develop a strong grasp of the fundamental principles and concepts and learn to build upon them as you progress along your academic career. The more advanced coursework for the most part builds upon these basic concepts I prefer to break down advanced and complex problems and concepts into smaller more manageable tasks so as to simplify things.
