In May 2012, I received my bachelors degree in English with a Literature Emphasis and a minor in Writing. I graduated with a 3.6 g.p.a. (Cum Laude Honors.) Throughout college, I took various education courses that focused on educational philosophy and physiology, elementary and secondary concentrations, and students with disabilities. PHILOSOPHY The key to education is to love what you do and I love what I do. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing students' progress. I have been a Special Education Teacher for 15 years and an administrator for 5 years. I have taught at both the elementary, intermediate and high school levels. I have worked with students who have been severely cognitively disabled and those that have had multiple attention and behavioral concerns.
