A Little Bit About Me...

I utlize diverse assessment techniques in order to achieve maximum learning by the students. I understand the importance of determining a child's intrinsic/extrinsic motivators. I have adopted many evidence-based practices with respect to effective teaching. I have strong organizational skills. I believe that in establishing consistent guidelines at the outset and stating the importance of every activity, I will demonstrate to my students respect for their presence and time. It is my objective that each student will learn to respect themselves, others, and their environment.
