I have been teaching 3rd grade for the past two years. Before that, I student taught 1st and 5th Grade - so am familiar with K-5 curriculum. In addition to teaching in the United States, I also have taught in Mexico and soon-to-be China. By traveling to different countries, I have been able to obtain a wider range of teaching strategies to offer the best instruction to students. I use a hands-on approach that involves students using white boards, and kinesthetic movement.
