My comments on tutoring Shakespeare : Since I was about six years old I have been going to the Santa Cruz Shakespeare festival. I love Shakespeare and I can understand it almost fluently. I also blended two of Shakespeare's plays in high school and created Much Ado About Macbeth.

I am a Sophomore attending Sonoma State to receive my Teaching Credential and Bachelors in Liberal Arts within four years. I have over seven years experience teaching within a classroom, and teaching students one on one. I really love to teach and I not only can teach mostly everything in an elementary school, and some subjects in middle school and high school, but I also have a lot of experience in extracurriculars. I have thirteen years of experience in a private art class, studying sketching, acrylic painting, oil painting, also a little sculpting. During high school I had two years of solo vocal classes and three years of choir. I have been in the field of education for approximately 14 years of which the last 8 years have been special education. I have worked with students of all ages, on all skill levels and many with learning disabilities through 8th grade. Even before I went to college and earned my B.A., I had already taught two years of ESL in Kachin State, Burma. I came back to the US and earned my degree in East Asian Studies at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. A few months after I graduated I went to the People's Republic of China and taught English as a Second Language from 2003 through 2006. In addition, I have completed all coursework for my M.A. in General Education, however, I have not finished the degree which requires student teaching.
