A Little Bit About Me...

I recently obtained my BS in Marketing along with a minor in Animal Science from Iowa State University. I was very involved with volunteer activities as a high school student, one of which involved tutoring elementary age children in the areas of reading and writing. I have long excelled in these areas, scoring nearly a perfect in the reading and writing sections on my ACT and working in advanced english courses throughout high school. I received A's on every term paper submitted in college, with high remarks on my writing style. I enjoy reading and writing thoroughly, with hopes of one day becoming a published author.

I graduated from Monmouth College in 2007 with a BA in Spanish and a minor in English. I took all of the Education coursework there for secondary Education. I've taught Spanish one year at the University of Iowa. During this year I also worked in the writing lab, a service provided for undergraduate students who need help throughout the writing process.
