I have many ways of teaching. I like to make the experience rewarding, fun and educational. As I continue to work with others I find their strengths and weaknesses and do the best I can to make the experience fun and as stress free as possible. I know that it can be tough learning new subjects, however, if you put your mind to it, there is always a way. I use games, activities and also outside projects to learn as much as possible.
I am 23 years old and strive for excellence constantly. I currently have two jobs and a child. I work hard for my family and make sure that I do my best in everything that is put in front of me. I believe the best way of learning is doing. To that end, I seek to help the student understand what is needed in a given situation and then teach the steps to achieving the goal. My teaching/learning environment is free from fear of failure, relaxed, and fun. A Little Bit About Me...

I've worked as an addiction tech, juvenile court officer, volunteered at Girls, Inc., an obituary writer, and a freelance writer. In each of those positions, at many a time, I had to assist someone with writing. My mom was a K-8 grade teacher, as were all of my aunts, so it runs in the family. All of them were English Majors. I just chose to write as a career instead of teach. But throughout my different job experiences, I've had to assist others with their writing needs. It can be as simple as telling them what they need for something, as in an obituary, to as detailed as helping them build a business plan.
