Students much be allowed to have a certain freedom to choose likes and strengths as well as weaknesses. We all have them! A Little Bit About Me...

When I substitute teach, there is not always a need to have to teach something but I am very happy when that times comes. I have had the opportunity to teach anywhere from 6th grade students learning about adverbs to high school students learning about trigonometric functions. I have two bachelors degrees, however, I believe it is my experience teaching children that has helped me develop a good sense on how to approaching teaching scenarios.
