I am a Senior-level professional with comprehensive experience in P&L, operations,technical.I have a Master's degree in Project Management and have learned many organizational, computer, and business skills. I have also taught Special Education in Elementary grade levels. I tutored 2 Engineers that did not speak English and taught them to read, write and speak fluently in 1 year. I also administered placement testing for Dr. Phillips Learning Center, as well as tutoring all grade levels in writing, reading comprehension, English, and language.

I am a firm believer that strict memorization does not allow the student to broaden their ability to solve problems of various flavors. I encourage the student to understand the concepts to avoid tedious memorization. Additionally I believe children learn best in an environment where they do not feel intimidated or nervous. I believe by working closely with the student and making learning fun I can help the student avoid becoming discouraged. This helps to prevent the chain reaction of test failures. It also prevents the student from giving up on the subject.
