I have a deep understanding and zeal for helping people progress. I, too, came from underachieving communities but learned how to achieve because of teachers who had my best interest at stake. I believe all children have the capacity to excel with the proper preparation, guidance, and encouragement. I do gain a trust with my students but have an authoritative attitude without the hostility. My students work for there answer and nothing is given to them easily.
