I adjust to the student/learner as I am told or discover their learning preferences. Education has been more or less a family business. When I graduated with a degree in chemistry, I did not imagine I would follow the rest of my family. I ended up teaching chemistry and algebra part time at high school in Southern New England and soon added other adjunct teaching jobs to it.
