I have been tutoring for over 15 years both in students homes or at public locations such as coffee shops or the public library. My education and experience are broad. I was educated at "Ivy League" level schools and purposefully educated myself in a large variety of the humanities, which in essence all tie together. Creative Writing is one of my top subjects! I have been writing my entire life with multiple published articles in the fields of philosophy, computer programming, and fictions based in a canonical fictional universe. I have written over one hundred pieces on the three aforementioned subjects and on many others. The English language is a beautiful language and all of the many words must be utilized while still maintaining the audiences attention.

I love getting students interested in subjects before I start teaching them. There's no point in walking through a tunnel if you never see the light at the end of it. This can be done in many different ways such as comparing it to real life or showing what can be done with the knowledge acquired. The best way for students to start learning is to compare it to things they already know. For example, I explain a "Class", which is a term in the computer language Java, to an object in real life and all the different "methods", another computer science term, with all the different things that that object can do.
