A Little Bit About Me...

I am a recent graduate of Jacksonville State University and hold a Bachelors degree in Music Education. I've been playing clarinet for about 12 years. I'm also certified by the state of Alabama in instrumental music education. I did my internship at Piedmont Middle School, Piedmont High School, and Kitty Stone Elementary School so I have had experience with students of all grade levels. I taught high school marching band camps and performed in a multitude of ensembles.

Trumpet is one of my top subjects! I've been playing trumpet for 7 years. I marched in band for 5 years. $ years in high school and 1 in college. I've been playing for my church since 8th grade.

I love to teach by slowing things down till they understand then gradually increasing speed and etc. I will not move on till my student learns what I'm teaching him. We will learn together. I teach for quality not just time and money.
