I have been doing accounting work my whole adult life and I love it! I chose this field because I love a challenge. Give me a reconciliation of any kind and I can guarantee you I can and will bring it into balance. I have worked at CPA firms, however my favorite position is working at a small company because I am involved in all aspects of accounting. My current position is Accounting Manager at a manufacturing firm. I love the cost accounting/job costing involved.

I earned a BA in psychology and started a Master's program in elementary education. Due to personal circumstances, however, I was not able to complete the program. I have 25 years experience in the civil engineering field, specifically the water resources area. I started substitute teaching at both the Lincoln Community High School and Hartem School District in 2009. I also started tutoring for Lincoln College in the Academic Success Center, last year.
