A Little Bit About Me...

I have been writing instructor-led training courses for 17 years aimed at adult learners. I have written on many computer related topics including system administration, HTML design, and PC support. I have also presented some of those courses to online learners.
I am a mother of two grown children. I have helped them be successful students who have been accepted to top colleges (Monroe Community College and SUNY Geneseo). Using the instructional design skills learned on my jobs, I have been able to apply those learning designs to structure family learning. I graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2007 from SUNY Brockport with an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education, English and Special Education. I have worked as a substitute teacher in all grade levels and in all subject areas. I have been accepted into a high degree Masters program but feel I need to have a job to justify the repayment(s) of additional student loans that would be needed to finish my MA. I have recently been a four county advocate for people with special needs as the Disabilities Program Navigator. I would still hold this position if funding had not run out. A Little Bit About Me...

I enjoy teaching one on one more then in a group class setting and I do enjoy teaching individual more then in a group setting. I do wish to teach "Chinese" as a personal language when I retire in the future if we don't have SS since I am a baby boomer (hope this is not true)
Born as a Chinese national and I speak fluent Chinese Mandarin language and I studied Business in Accounting and graduated from SUNY Brockport in 1990 and my mathematical course I always get "A" on my grade (I even get 105 on my test score, believe it or not) and I still love math. Therefore I can tutoring not only business in Accounting and also Math or language in Chinese.
