A Little Bit About Me...

I enjoy teaching children. I normally have a very relaxed style, but I emphasize setting goals and completing the task at hand. I gain a great deal of personal satisfaction in helping others learn. Every student has his own mentality, job of a tutor before teaching a student is to understand that student better. Interacting with a student by knowing his hobbies, activities, interests and his way of understanding things is much important. It will be a waste of precious time of both student, tutor and waste of funds if a student doesnot learn and take some knowledge out of a tutoring session. I think it takes a lot for one teacher to reach all of types of students who are all at different levels of interest in the subject being taught as well as at different levels of understanding. However, I feel it is the teacher's responsibility to give them all equal opportunity to learn. It is not just about grades and assignments, that is just the means to an end, but it is about learning. In order for the students to learn, the teacher needs to be passionate about the students as well as the subject that is being taught.
