Once in a classroom I realized that I was meant to teach. I love working with students who are challenging and those who challenge me. I have a strong background in mathematics because I have earned a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics. I have always been extremely dedicated to my education; I have won numerous awards for academic excellence. During my time as an undergrad, I wrote many mathematical proofs and submitted them to college mathematics journals. I also have experience doing research in robotics. Between my studies at Roberts Wesleyan College in the liberal arts field, where I earned a bachelors degree, and my studies in math and computational science I have an exceptionally broad knowledge base. My work experience further illustrates this having worked briefly as an English teacher in Prague as well as the various sales and customer service jobs I have had including Verizon Wireless, Wegmans, and Radio Shack. I love working with people and teaching them about the things that I am passionate about.
