I have a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering and about seven years of teaching experience in USA and in India. I can teach math for any level. Also I have about 3 years of tutoring experience with students of different level. Presently I am teaching in ESA Ombudsman that is specialized in drop-off students from the school.
Of course I love teaching specifically math of any level. My style is different; instead of teaching I coach my students. When I teach math, I don't simply use formulas and solve the problems; I try to teach how the formula is created and where to use it.

A Little Bit About Me...

I use positive motivation with my students, explaining how subject matter being covered should relate to them and their future successes. I try to link the subjects with current events and how lack of knowledge on specific subjects can cost them either financially or impact their health and well being. For example, when I encounter a senior who is not participating in class, I give them an employment application to fill out, explaining if they have difficulty completing it, they better join the class.
I graduated LSU and was commissioned as an officer in the US Air Force. I completed Transportation Officer courses on vehicle fleet management, commercial transportation, and staff logistics officer training related to airlift terminal management and operations. I have worked as a math and physics tutor for several years at the high school and undergraduate university levels. My past experience has been primarily in introductory physics courses and upper-level high school math including trigonometry and calculus, but I am excited at the possibility of tutoring at any level. I was a President's Scholar at Georgia Tech from 2004 through 2008, and I recently completed master's degrees in physics and medical physics at the University of Pennsylvania.
