I am a third year student studying for an Elementary Education degree through DmACC and Iowa State. I have just completed a year of Elementary Educator math courses. My style involves encouraging the effort and achievement and discouraging ornery and apathetic attitudes. With every subject I feel that a student has a specific way of approaching it, especially with science. Some students are visual learners. Some students need verbal instruction. Some students need to create in order to really grasp the concepts.
