Of course, that does not mean learning isn’t work; but part of growing up – and selecting a career – is learning that work can be enjoyable. I should mention that it is not my way to enforce memorization for the sake of it. If you understand concepts, that is much better. I always say “an example is the embodiment of a rule”. Something I have always enjoyed while tutoring is the moment that the student 'gets it'.
