Dyslexia is one of my top subjects! I have over 40 years experience working with children and adolescents with dyslexia. I have a thriving private practice in Asheville and work closely with children and families as well as teaching through the Orton-Gillingham Approach. I have Bachelor's Degrees in English & Spanish, a Master's Degree in English, and am rated 'advanced low' on the Arabic Oral Proficiency exam. My Spanish training includes 42 college level credit-hours, as well as a semester studying in Mexico. I have tutored language for native and non-native speakers on high-school and college levels.
