The hardest thing about teaching is determining how the individual student learns. I have found that all people learn differently so it is best to understand this process to make the teaching more effective. I like to challenge the individuals I tutor. My teaching belief is that every audience is different. Children do not learn in the same way that adults do, therefore there are two different methodologies to teaching each learning set. My method is to gauge what the learner already knows, how they learn best, what motivates them, listen to their dreams, concerns, and frustrations and go from there.
