My comments on tutoring Grammar : As one whose combination writing and teaching career spans 38 years, I have evolved an advanced expertise in grammar.

I am foremost a writer whose 38-year, award-winning career is rooted in journalism. However, I also have an extensive teaching background. I taught freshman composition at Texas A&M Commerce and Paris Junior College. My primary focus in graduate school was literature. Much of my studies related to children's and adolescent literature. The study of composition and compositional theory made up a secondary focus of my studies. Passionate Elementary Education Tutor
