I greatly enjoy finding a way to inspire a child to understand the problem at hand. Through from my experience in grade school and my observation of students that attend tough schools I've realized the monotonous class schedule and disciplinary philosophy of most schools deflates most student's desire to succeed. I would want each student in my classroom to feel wanted and feel a sense of their identity present even when they leave the classroom. Each student should be given attention. To understand what they feel and how they react to the material being presented to them is very important to me. I would encourage students to learn and let their views be heard.
