Holding a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, I tutored in a math lab during the summer of my college years and later went into the Peace Corps in Zimbabwe to teach math and science to high school level students. I have also worked as a civil engineer and have directly applied my civil engineering degree in designing grading and utility plans for commercial developments. During my undergraduate years, I often found myself tutoring fellow students. Eventually I got a job working for the math and science tutoring center on campus.
