Teaching others cannot be defined by one style of teaching. The way to teach is by learning first how the student receives the information. Auditory learners and Visual learners require two different methods of teaching. The key is to make the information understandable to the student by breaking the information down in any format. I am a firm believer that the best way to learn varies from subject to subject. When I taught math my view was that the best way to teach was to break everything down into a step by step process and have the students memorize the process. Most other subjects can be learned through repitition, but math requires everything to be broken down.
I taught 8th through 10th grade at a Christian School in Ludowici. I taught every subject, but never a math course higher then Algebra 1.

My teaching style is compatable with the child's learning style. If they need visual instruction then it is visual. My style is mostly facilitator or demonstrator when tutoring. this is because the child needs you to show them the process more so that demonstrate what they know. Most children know some, just not enough to comprehend the entire process. when this happens, then I become a facilitator.
