I would give the students homework and then when them came to class, I would check their work.Sometimes I would have them read their lessons
I tutored for the Laclede Library in Lebanon Missouri for two years.It consisted teaching students that wanted get their GEDS.I did help with English,social studies and some math up to divisions. I tutored twice a week 2 students about an hour or more.I was also an administrative assistant to the administrator.I did enjoy tutoring and even learned some things myself.

I have two different teaching styles depending on whether I am in a preschool setting or middle school type setting. I enjoy a very positive an inviting atmosphere where my students are comfortable while creating a community of learners. I have a strong sense of authority that is initially established, coming from such a young age. I do not expect any more from one student than I would another.
