After graduating from Syracuse University with a BSW and a minor in Psychology. I was sent to Baltimore, MD through the Teach For America program. While teaching for 5 years in Baltimore, I went back to school and earned my Master of Arts in Teaching. I then moved back to New Jersey and have been teaching here for 2 years. For the past 6 of my 7 years of teaching, I have taught Language Arts to students in grades K-college level students. I love teaching and watching children succeed. All children learn differently, which is why I alter my teaching techniques based on their learning methods. I figure out what suits them best and than use that method to teach them. In my opinion this achieves a high success rate.
As a recent college graduate, I feel I have achieved a level of experience that allows me to share my knowledge with others.
