I have completed my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, which I received in 2007 at ATU. I have over seven years working in a CPA firm where I have been well versed in every aspect of the public accounting field hands on and am very well versed in operations thereof. Having graduated with a degree in elementary education, I have learned the variety of students' learning styles and know how to target each child's unique style of learning. With a strong background in reading, English, and history throughout high school and college courses, I have been able to use engaging activities and multiple strategies to tutor and teach others. Foreign languages come easy to me as well, and I have particular interest in German and Spanish. In my experience as a teacher, i have taught children as young as 4 to retired adults who wanted to play for a hobby. My passion to teach music is driven by the realization that musical ability, the enjoyment, and sense of accomplishment can last a lifetime. Music in itself becomes its own reward.
